Halloween 2018 Events in NYC

Halloween in NYC is always a treat, whether you go trick-or-treating with your kids or hit up one of the hundreds of Halloween parties happening in the city.

To check out some of these events and parties happening this weekend and through Halloween night, take a look at listings on Eventbrite or The Skint and see what appeals to you. Or, you can just walk into your favorite bar and you’ll be sure to see some Halloween party taking place this weekend.

The Village Halloween Parade takes place annually on Halloween night in the West Village as the largest Halloween celebration in the city. Anyone in costume can participate in the march, or you can just watch and check out all the incredibly elaborate costumes that the parade is known for.

There’s no need to leave your furry buddies out of the Halloween fun. After a threat of being cancelled, the annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade is officially on for this Sunday, October 28th, but is now located at the East River Park Ampitheater. The event is free and dogs do not need to be pre-registered.
