Classic Warner Brothers Cartoon

Monday, June 26, 5:00pm–11:00pm,

Bring a blanket and sit on the Lawn to enjoy great food, friends, and a classic Warner Brothers cartoon before the start of each film. Lawn opens 5pm, pre-show entertainment presented by WeWork starts at 6pm, film begins at sunset.

Food and drink for sale curated by Hester Street Fair on the Fountain Terrace.

Frank Sinatra, Jules Munshin and Gene Kelly meet up with Ann Miller, Betty Garrett and Vera-Ellen after jumping ship at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Stanley Donen (and Kelly) directed this adaptation of the successful Broadway hit with book, lyrics and music by Betty Comden, Adolph Green and Leonard Bernstein. Based on the unbelievably true life stories of three of these women, known as “human computers”, we follow these women as they quickly rose the ranks of NASA alongside many of history’s greatest minds specifically tasked with calculating the momentous launch of astronaut John Glenn into orbit, and guaranteeing his safe return.
